Going through a major kitchen and bathroom renovation right now, and I've got to say Bedrosians has been absolutely terrible. I'm on my fifth renovation across six different homes, and I've never dealt with a tile supplier this disappointing. I ordered a substantial amount of large format tile for one of the bathroom walls. When I opened the boxes, I found that 30% of the order had arrived broken. When I asked Bedrosians to send replacements, they flat out refused. I was stuck buying 8 additional boxes of the 24 by 48 inch tile myself and paying for shipping again. The tiles in my next order showed up with cracks in every single box, so I wouldn't even accept the delivery. The third attempt was better but still had 3 damaged pieces out of 16. Both my tile installer and the contractor's site supervisor mentioned they never order from Bedrosians and wouldn't recommend them. I definitely won't be going back there either.
