This company blocks negative reviews from being posted. When you try to submit a bad review, you get a confirmation email with a broken link that prevents it from going live. Plus they have an inflexible return policy and don't care if you're unhappy with your purchase or the quality is wrong. Honestly you'd get better value and support buying from a knockoff brand.
Owned mine for a little over a month and the seal in the cap keeps popping out. When I contacted customer service about it, they were totally unhelpful and frustrating. The 64 ounce bottle is defective and leaks constantly because the seal won't stay in place. Their customer service is awful. I'm done with this company.
This bottle is fantastic. It keeps drinks hot and cold for hours, and I really like the handle. I grabbed the Actives Insulated Water Bottle with the straw lid back in May and have been using it daily. Grabbed an extra spout lid too and everything works great.
The handle snapped on my bottle so I submitted a complaint through their website. After waiting 10 days with no response, I called but got a recording telling me to file online. Frustrated after hearing about others having bad experiences with their support team, I just bought a replacement cap for $15 even though it didn't match. Then suddenly they emailed me back and sent a brand new bottle to make it right. So it worked out, but I'm confused why it took them so long to respond to the online claim and why they won't answer the phone when their response time finally came through with such a generous replacement.
Love my 40oz Grey bottle with the bumper. I don't understand the complaints I'm reading elsewhere because mine has been holding up great for almost a year now. I've kept up with regular cleaning of the gaskets and bottle, and nothing has needed replacing. Haven't had any issues that required customer service, and I'm confident in buying another one soon for college. My only real complaint is that the website itself needs work. Not worth the cost. After just a month of use, mine started leaking. The gaskets deteriorated, the bottom bumper fell off and disappeared, dents appeared from minimal impact, and the straw gave out within two weeks. It seems like the company counts on selling replacement parts at premium prices on their site to make real money off repeat customers.
Really impressed with this product. I picked up bottles from both their kids and adult active lines, plus a 4 pack of their non insulated children's cups and they're better than anything else I've tried for kids. The pricing is reasonable, especially when you grab items during their sales. The insulation actually works like they say it does and keeps cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot with no condensation. No leaking issues at all. The handle is really convenient. And their customer service team was excellent, with quick shipping and no delays even during the pandemic.
