Called Olight and basically got told it wasn't their problem and to contact the courier instead, which doesn't make sense since that's their responsibility. Out three hundred bucks, no flashlight, and zero accountability on their end. Seriously just go shop somewhere else and save yourself the aggravation. These people just want your cash and once they have it they wash their hands of you. Completely unprofessional and totally lacking in integrity.

The support person then checked and found my unit was still covered under warranty. They let me pick a replacement item of equal value. THIS is what real customer service looks like!
