What Shoppers Say About ManiMe
ManiMe specializes in custom-fit nail stickers, but shoppers report serious quality and service issues. The majority of reviewers cite poor product durability, with stickers failing to stay on nails for more than a few hours despite marketing claims of two-week wear. Customer service is a major complaint: multiple customers report unanswered emails, no phone support, incomplete orders, and non-functional shipping tracking. One satisfied customer praised the custom-fit technology and weekly design releases, but this positive experience is vastly outweighed by durability concerns and unresponsive support.
Beyond performance issues, reviewers question whether ManiMe's pricing is justified given that comparable sticker brands perform better at lower cost. Some customers also found the custom-sizing process unclear or sketchy, including requests to photograph nails against reference cards. The lack of accessible customer service appears to prevent resolution when orders arrive incomplete or products fail to meet expectations.

Sorted by: Most recentWould give zero stars if possible. Five weeks ago I placed an order. Three weeks back I got a shipping notice that doesn't actually work or appear to be real. Customer service seems to not exist since I've sent multiple emails with zero response and there's no phone line to call either. I have nothing positive to share right now, and won't unless they process a refund and return my payment.
Terrible experience all around. Waited almost 3 weeks for delivery and my order arrived incomplete. Good luck getting help from customer service because it basically doesn't exist. Honestly, these are just glorified stickers that don't perform as well as actual stickers you could buy separately. I couldn't even access my account. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere to save time, money, and headaches.
The patterns look amazing, but they just don't hold up at the price point. I've tested multiple sets from this company and none lasted more than a day. They start coming off the nail within hours of putting them on. I've worn other sticker brands and these perform the worst by far. It's a shame because the designs really are pretty. Another downside is how sticky and rubbery they feel, which attracts fuzz and dust easily.
The custom-fit nail stickers are fantastic! Regular stickers have never worked with my nail shape, but these fit me perfectly every single time. I'm also excited about the new designs dropping weekly so I can always mix up my look with fresh sets.
Not worth the money at all. These don't stay on for anywhere close to two weeks. My advice is to put your cash toward a different brand instead. The moisture and lint buildup at the nail edges is really annoying. Unless you find a decent discount, skip this purchase.
I wanted to order some nail stickers using a free voucher from my beauty box subscription. They asked me to send photos of my nails positioned against a card like a credit card or library card for sizing. I sent one with a business card instead and got two follow-up emails telling me to retake the photos. The whole thing felt sketchy and unusual. I've had a much smoother experience with Colorstreet, so I'd recommend checking out other companies first.
