This feels like a straight up scam. Back in December they ran a giveaway promotion on Instagram and told me I'd won. They even posted that they were shipping out my prize. Since then I've reached out through messages multiple times over several months asking where it is. Sometimes they say it's on the way, but mostly they just ignore me now. I also tried emailing their customer service with no luck. It's really unprofessional to use your followers for marketing and engagement without actually delivering what you promised. I used to buy from them before this happened and recommended their stuff to people I know, but I definitely won't be doing that anymore. This whole experience has been really disappointing.
