I placed an order for six pieces in early December and only got two of them within three weeks. The other four items are still missing. The tracking info is all over the place too, showing my package was 30 miles away at one point and then suddenly 1000 miles out the next day, with no delivery in sight. The shipping process is incredibly slow and the tracking system is useless. I won't be ordering from this company again.

The quality of these items is really disappointing. I went through multiple chains that all snapped on me during normal daily activities. When I tried to return one, they wouldn't give me my money back in full because they claimed gold prices had gone up. The staff was nice enough, but that's not how you should treat customers. This isn't how a legitimate business operates. I won't be shopping here anymore.

My aunt got me this gorgeous gold necklace as a gift and I absolutely love it! The personalization with my initial is so special and the craftsmanship is beautiful. Everything came perfectly packaged and it looks exactly like the photos. Seriously thrilled with my purchase and the whole experience. It took forever to get my package, about a month total. The tracking doesn't even work properly outside the US. I ordered two necklaces and while they're both pretty, I had some issues. The hammered style pendant came in really dirty with buildup on the back and sides, and it took a lot of cleaning with the cloth they provided. The gemstone version was also nice but definitely smaller than what I was expecting based on the description.
