I followed all the directions carefully, but this product gave me a serious problem. My eyes got red and irritated after using it, and I had to use artificial tears to fix it. Between the expensive price tag and the health concerns, it's just not worth it for me. I can't recommend this to anyone.

This feels like a waste of time, effort, and money. They advertise a money back guarantee after 90 days, but here's the catch: the guarantee expires at 60 days! So if nothing's happening by day 60, you have to buy more. It's one of the priciest options out there. I finally started seeing growth around day 100, but by then I'd already spent a lot. My lashes got really long and looked beautiful, except they only stayed that way for about 4 weeks. Then they started growing in odd angles and looking all wrinkly. After that, they stopped growing completely and I'm basically back where I started, five months and a bunch of money later. I'm done with this brand and moving on to something else.

The actual product has always worked great for me, but the shipping and service experience is really disappointing. I paid extra for fast shipping for the first time and got a UPS tracking link. The initial delivery date came and went. They tried delivering on Monday while I was out, then sent me a link to reschedule through UPS, but it kept throwing errors with the tracking info. Called UPS but couldn't get through. Emailed the company asking for help coordinating a redelivery time, but they just sent the same generic response over and over about how expedited shipping just means it's faster, not that they can help with UPS timing. Doesn't make sense to provide tracking access if it doesn't even work and you can't do anything with it anyway. Then UPS sent another email saying it would arrive the next day with no option to change it.

I've been using this on and off for years and honestly it's the best lash serum I've ever tried. Yeah, it costs a fair bit, and shipping to the UK takes about 2 weeks unless you pay the $25 rush option. The company says results show up in 30 days, but I've found it takes closer to 2 months to see the full effect. If you stick with it and use it consistently though, you'll be seriously impressed by what it does.

Got the product but it didn't deliver on the promises. My lashes haven't grown or gotten thicker like they said they would. It actually worked before for me, but this time around nothing happened. I reached out to the company but never heard back. Really disappointed that I threw money at this.

I ordered from their site and got a shipping confirmation the next day. Then nothing for 10 days, so I checked the UPS tracking number they gave me. Turns out my package had reached my area 5 days earlier and was already handed off to the Postal Service. Neither carrier could tell me anything after that. The Postal Service had zero record of it. I was left hanging. Lilash doesn't actually follow up on shipments, you have to do all the tracking yourself. They use this budget shipping method where it goes from UPS to USPS, so there's no accountability. UPS points at USPS, USPS points at UPS, and Lilash just says sorry the carriers lost it. I got no answers and no product. Their only contact option is email during limited business hours, and when I tried that, they just apologized about the carriers. Not helpful. I disputed the charge with my card and won't order from them again.
