They finally told me they'd cancel and refund my money within three to five days. Days passed with no refund. When I emailed again, I was told they'd refund when they returned from holiday on February 3rd. That's unacceptable. I've filed fraud charges with my bank and reported them to the BBB. This is a complete scam.
Avoid this company. They're running a scam. I spent about 60 euros and they gave me a fake tracking number weeks later with no delivery. They won't refund you even if nothing arrives. Their solution is to pay again at a reduced price to resend it. This is a scam. Stay away. I thought this was a real American business, not something operating out of China.
Ordered in early May and paid extra for expedited shipping. When I followed up on May 16th, they claimed it would take 11 days even though I had paid for the faster option. They shipped it standard instead and the order arrived too late for the event I needed it for. Their excuse about the carrier not offering fast delivery to my location didn't make sense. They said they'd only refund the shipping difference, not the entire order. Worst part is I'm still waiting for that refund since May, and I've asked three times now.

Terrible customer service. I've been waiting for my package for months while it bounces back and forth in China. When I reach out, customer service either doesn't respond or tells me it updated yesterday, which I can already see, but it's still stuck in China going in circles. I've asked for my money back multiple times with no response. Do not order from them.
I placed an order for Christmas back in late November. I didn't contact them until late December and learned it was delivered to a completely different address in another state. Someone else could be wearing my face on their shirt. Not okay. They offered to resend it. I asked for a different design and they showed me a preview that I approved. I had to follow up two weeks later to get tracking info. When it finally arrived, it was the original Christmas version, not the one I requested. Now I have a shirt with last year's Christmas design that I'll probably never wear.

Waste of time and money. I wanted a Hawaiian shirt with my two twin nieces' faces printed on it. Before ordering, I emailed asking how to get two faces on one shirt. I followed their instructions exactly. The website said 4 to 5 business days for production, so I ordered it two and a half weeks before my nieces' graduation. The site shows a location in New York, so I thought that would be plenty of time. It never arrived by graduation day or even by the party a week later. After a month, it finally showed up with only one face on it instead of two. When I complained, they blamed me for their error. I forwarded them the email showing I did exactly what they told me to do. They offered a discount on a future purchase even though I paid for an extra face that I never got. Turns out the delay was because it came from China, which is misleading since their website lists a New York address. Horrible experience.
Warning: don't trust this company. I contacted them before ordering to ask the dimensions of their pillowcase so I could buy a matching pillow. They told me it was 20 by 36 inches, so I ordered it and bought a pillow. The pillowcase showed up measuring 20 by 60 inches. I wasted about 10 dollars on a pillow that doesn't fit. I emailed asking for help, and the customer service rep repeated the wrong measurements and said I should have waited until it arrived. That's not helpful. They should either give accurate information or admit they're unsure. Unprofessional and disrespectful customer service.
