Bought maternity crop jeans as a gift for my daughter and they didn't fit right even though she had a similar pair that works. The website said final sale but when I contacted customer service, they cleared it up - turns out the item was actually returnable and they sent me a return code. So they can definitely help fix issues, but the website descriptions are seriously inaccurate. It seems like they might be selling closeout or seconds items under the final sale label without being upfront about it. I do appreciate that they're responsive when you reach out, but the website information really needs to be more careful and truthful about what you're getting.
Got 3 items in my order and was really disappointed. Didn't realize this was a Chinese retailer when I ordered (my mistake).
