I'm updating this from a 1 star to 4 stars after talking to their support team. Bought maternity crop jeans as a gift for my daughter and they didn't fit right even though she had a similar pair that works. The website said final sale but when I contacted customer service, they cleared it up - turns out the item was actually returnable and they sent me a return code. So they can definitely help fix issues, but the website descriptions are seriously inaccurate. It seems like they might be selling closeout or seconds items under the final sale label without being upfront about it. I do appreciate that they're responsive when you reach out, but the website information really needs to be more careful and truthful about what you're getting.

Got 3 items in my order and was really disappointed. Didn't realize this was a Chinese retailer when I ordered (my mistake). The products feel super cheap, sizing is all over the place, and the quality of the materials is pretty bad. No tags included and no paperwork for returns either, plus the labels say made in China on the outside. Can't recommend this place. Honestly you'd be way better off shopping at a discount retailer and spending half as much for something better.

The product I bought works fine, but I have a serious privacy concern. I use a unique identifier in my email address when trying new brands, and right after purchasing here, I started getting hammered with marketing emails using that same identifier. They're obviously selling customer data to whoever wants it. The spam started the very next day. People shopping with this company should know what they're getting into.

Skip this place, especially if you need to make changes. My partner ordered a jumpsuit that was completely wrong compared to what the site said the size should be. When we asked if they could swap it for a smaller one, they flat out refused, even after we said we'd cover all the shipping costs ourselves. There would've been zero financial impact on them to just send the right size. Their customer service response was honestly terrible.
