Whatever discounts they might offer are absolutely not worth the frustration and headaches you'll deal with.
Coming from a military background, I value honesty, clear communication, and standing behind your word. This company came up short on all counts. My order had an official shipment notification with tracking details, but then it got cancelled out of nowhere with no explanation. They claimed they couldn't process the payment, which made no sense considering they'd already confirmed the shipment. The explanations I got were inconsistent and contradictory. The company says they sent multiple emails but I never received any of them. I'm still waiting on the refund they promised. Until I see that money back in my account, I can't recommend putting your trust in this business.
Ordered a part using the correct Toyota OEM part number but received something completely different that I had no use for. When I complained, they told me Toyota doesn't make that part anymore and just went ahead and sent me an alternative without asking first. They don't seem to understand that you can't just substitute items without customer approval, and if you can't fulfill the original order, you need to issue a refund. Don't waste your time with this company.
Got the Mopar auxiliary switch kit for my 2023 Wrangler JL and have to say the packaging was pretty disappointing. They basically sent it in the original Mopar box, which is just thin cardboard with the part sticker and label showing. The lid is held together with a simple tongue design and there's no tape securing it at all. Most of the items sit loose in there except for a few pieces taped to the inside of the lid. This concerns me because someone could've easily opened it during transit or rough handling could've damaged things. For a $380 purchase, I would've expected it packed inside a stronger outer box. Haven't installed anything yet so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that nothing arrived damaged or missing.
Their website clearly states that returns are free for customers. That's not what happened when I actually tried to return something. I asked about initiating a return and they said the part was correct for my vehicle. When I pushed back and reminded them their policy promises no cost returns, they finally gave me an address but said I'd have to pay for shipping it back myself.
This will be my only experience with this company. The first shipment arrived with a severely damaged box and the item inside was beat up pretty bad. They offered a replacement but when that one showed up, it was in similar rough condition. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the shipping carrier and claimed they've never had problems like this before. When I filed a complaint with the BBB, their response was to tell me I'd have to send back a 50lb hitch at my own expense. I decided it wasn't worth the hassle so I'll just repaint it myself and move on. This company clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction once they've collected your payment. Their support team was rude and dismissive. Shop somewhere else.
