Bought a perfume here that I've purchased many times before from other websites. This time it turned out to be fake. The smell was off, too much alcohol scent, nothing like the authentic version I know well. I've bought this same fragrance repeatedly elsewhere with no issues, so this is clearly a scam operation.

Ordered both a women's fragrance and a men's cologne, expecting delivery within two weeks. Instead, they sent me two women's perfumes. The only way to get help from La Belle is through email. My first couple messages got responses within a couple days and they asked for pictures of what arrived. I sent the photos but haven't gotten any reply since. This company makes it impossible to fix their mistakes, so I'd skip shopping here.

STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! WARNING!!!! I have proof via UPS tracking that my package was delivered to the wrong state. I don't live in Texas, yet that's where the company says it was sent. Instead of helping me resolve this, they've accused me of trying to scam them for free products. That's completely unacceptable and I'm documenting everything for legal purposes. How does a business treat its own customers this way? Now all these details are going everywhere on social media. The package never arrived, the company refused to assist, and they claim they can't even find my order despite replying to my emails saying they won't help. It took two months for insurance to finally step in and sort things out. My original order was placed in early October, and I didn't get any resolution until mid-November, and that came from insurance, not from the company itself. Their reasoning makes no sense whatsoever. If I ordered a vehicle and it didn't show up, I'd contact the manufacturer directly, not my insurance company. First they denied my complaint was real, then suddenly they found it? That shows how ridiculous this business operates. Not once was I offered to have the item reshipped to the correct address, so their whole story is nonsense. WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW!!!!

Received a completely empty box in the mail. When I reached out about the missing cologne worth thirty dollars, they flat out refused to send me the item or make it right. Basically they stole my money.

Placed an order on their site and got a shipping notification on February 17th saying it would ship soon. A week went by and the tracking showed it was still just a label with no movement. I reached out and over three days talked to three different reps who all gave me different excuses about waiting or blamed the carrier, though they kept insisting it had already gone out. When I checked directly with USPS, they confirmed the package never actually arrived at their facility with that tracking number. By the eighth business day, a rep told me to file a claim since I'd purchased protection. Right after I filed it, they said they only had one of the three items ready to ship, offering either to send that one item alone or cancel everything. I chose cancellation, but then they charged me a cancellation fee anyway. This company's customer service feels deliberately misleading and their policies are sketchy. I won't be ordering here again and I'd suggest others look elsewhere too.
