Ordered two pairs of tencel/merino joggers last spring, one for me and another for my daughter. My pair got a tear where the fabric just separated. Getting it fixed turned into a real hassle. Unlike other merino brands with smooth warranty handling, Ridge Merino made me mail the pants back through USPS to their repair person. The whole thing took over a month, and when I got them back, the stitching job was terrible. I couldn't accept it. They had me send them back again and shipped out a replacement pair instead. Now my daughter's pants are starting to fall apart at the seams too. I sent them an email almost a week ago but haven't heard anything back at all. This isn't the level of quality or service I was hoping for. Ridge Merino won't be getting my business going forward unless things change.

These wool hoodies are honestly the best I've ever owned. If you look at my other reviews, you'll know I'm really into quality wool pieces. I'm all about well crafted merino wool items, and Ridge Merino's hoodies are fantastic. The colors look amazing, they fit great, and they're made really well as long as you take care of them properly.
