I've been a loyal customer for over a decade and just had a really frustrating experience. Back in May I picked up my usual eyeliner and it was completely useless right out of the box. The color wouldn't show up and the product kept breaking apart. I went to the store to get it exchanged but they refused. I bought two of them, one I opened and one stayed sealed, so there's definitely something wrong with the batch. I have my receipts and I'm hoping Smashbox will make this right because otherwise I'm done shopping with them.

Got the Always On Shimmer cream eyeshadow in golden and bronze shades and I'm really impressed. Compared to other cream eyeshadows I've tried from different brands, this one is way better. Those other ones were thick and heavy, but this formula is totally different. The tube packaging seemed weird at first, but I actually prefer it now. You can use your fingers, a brush, or even a paddle applicator. The best part is how versatile it is - you can build it from light to dark depending on what you want. Honestly, all cream eyeshadows should perform this smoothly and look this good when you apply them.
