The seams are poorly done and I can't even identify the fabric. I ordered a size large even though I usually wear medium, but it still runs two sizes small. I can't return it and I'm really upset since I was excited about it. The pictures on the site are misleading. This deserves zero stars if possible.
Do not order from this store online. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I returned merchandise to their preferred USPS location on January 28, 2025. By May, over three months had passed with no refund and no responses to emails or texts. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Only then did they email asking for information I'd already given them multiple times, along with order and tracking details. USPS records all of this when packages arrive. My refund still hasn't come through even though USPS confirms they have the merchandise. This company's business practices are inexcusable.
I don't understand what happened to this business over the last year. I was a loyal customer for a long time when their quality was exceptional and they rarely had sales. Now everything is constantly half off, and it's obvious why because the quality has tanked.
They only offer store credit instead of actual refunds when items don't fit. Plus you have to pay fifteen dollars out of pocket for UPS return shipping. My store credit was only twenty-two dollars to begin with. This is unacceptable. Won't be back.
Don't shop here if you need your order in a timely manner. I placed an order on February 24th and nearly a month went by without receiving anything. When I contacted support, they claimed UPS already had it, which wasn't true. Only after pushing back did they actually ship the items days later. Coming from Florida, there's no reason this should have taken so long. Fortunately I had a backup outfit for my husband's 50th birthday celebration.

This store is a total scam. I bought an outfit from them and it arrived in completely different material than shown online. The fit is way off and nothing like the size chart suggests. When I tried to return it, they said final sale. That policy isn't listed anywhere on the website. To make matters worse, all the hidden fees they tacked on made the price jump from sixty-nine to one hundred fifty dollars. Don't waste your money on this vendor.
