I turned off my subscription for their Liposomal Phospholipid Complex but they shipped me an order anyway, even though I'd asked them not to. The reason I canceled was because the pills have this really strong smell to them. Plus I noticed the capsules aren't even the same color, which is weird. Left them out to air and they still stink. Switched over to Thorne and I'm way happier with them. Their pills don't have that chemical smell at all.

I put in an order for their PC-Liquid but messed up and didn't finish filling out my profile information. Now the company claims they have no record of my subscription info for this pricey product. I tried calling, using their chat, sending emails, but they kept shipping it to me anyway. Attempted to fax over the info but their fax line wasn't working. At the end of the day I had to cancel the whole thing through my payment provider instead.

Placed two orders a few months apart and both came through quickly without any issues. The other day I realized I'd set up a subscription on something and got a notice that it was being shipped out. Sent them an email on a Sunday asking if they could cancel it, figured there was no shot, but a few hours later they responded saying it was all taken care of and my money was back in my account. That's pretty solid service right there.

I've been buying Body Bio for over two decades. Used to get everything wholesale until the granddaughter and her husband took the company over. That's when things started sliding downhill quality wise and the packaging became really inconsistent. Recently picked up some Cal/Mag Butyrate and it just doesn't work. I dug out an old bottle from 20 years back and that stuff was incredible, totally different. Even after all those years it still had the distinctive butyric acid smell. This new batch? Zero smell and zero effectiveness. It's basically useless.

Got my bottle and it showed no seal whatsoever. When I reached out to their support team, they claimed the seal breaks when you open it the first time. The liquids are really fantastic, though I wish they came in bigger sizes, especially the electrolytes. Everything shipped super fast and came really well packaged. The potassium and magnesium liquids have seriously helped with my leg cramping while doing keto. One thing though, I had a 15% off coupon that I couldn't use because their site went down for maintenance that day.
