Been a loyal customer of Henna Sooq's henna and amla products for years now. Currently have amla treatment sitting on my hair with henna as we speak. This place really knows their stuff when it comes to product knowledge and quality. Their shipping costs are fair and reasonable too. I picked HAIR SALON COLOR CONSULTATION assuming it would be virtual. The scheduling system didn't give me enough options to clarify what I was actually getting.

This is my one and only purchase from this place. Like someone else mentioned, they're quick to charge you but ridiculously slow about fixing problems. My order was incomplete and it took over three weeks to finally get everything, which meant I couldn't dye my hair on my timeline. The prices feel steep for what you get, since similar products from other companies cost less. The customer service left a lot to be desired. Their shampoo bar actually made my hair look weird and frizzy while also being oily at the same time.
