This year when I reached out to Bulletproof Air, I have to say the technician named Jhett did an outstanding and careful job. He even went the extra mile and fixed a rattling fan that was annoying me. In my 21 years, I've never seen work this thorough. The tech even polished the air handler unit! Great experience overall.
Their vanilla creamer with MCT is fantastic. I start every morning with it and wouldn't have it any other way. Not saying the creamer alone caused it, but I've lost more than 30 pounds and MCT's been a big part of that. Skip their subscription service though, total hassle. Check Walmart, Amazon, and other places and you'll find better deals. Seriously, do NOT subscribe to their plan. But definitely grab the Vanilla Creamer, you'll love it.

Following up on my earlier feedback about this company: They did ship my order and it arrived at my address. They processed a refund and let me know they couldn't accept the return, so I had the option to keep the items or donate them. Hopefully they'll work on fixing their website and communication systems so customers have a clearer picture of what's going on. Thanks to the team for making things right. My rating has improved based on how they handled this.
Once the founder sold to a major corporation, things went downhill. Support quality dropped significantly. More importantly, the actual products aren't what they used to be. The quality isn't there anymore. The company stopped sharing as much information because they're making cuts. I've moved on to different brands at this point. Can't have confidence in their quality these days.
There's incorrect information here. EPA and DHA aren't limited to just animal sources as they're claiming.
I've been a loyal fan of their coffee for a long time and genuinely love what they make. But lately, things have really fallen apart. Their customer service used to be solid, now it's basically nonexistent. Shipments are taking forever, way over three weeks, and no one even says sorry. There's no phone line to call and text support just doesn't respond. I placed a big order during their Black Friday sale that was supposed to go through but apparently didn't, even though it looked like it did on my screen. Now I'd have to buy everything again at full price. I really want to keep supporting them, so I'm hoping they can turn this around.

Their customer service is really bad. My package sat around for weeks without actually being delivered and nobody gave me a good reason why. The rep told me it was my responsibility to chase them down for a refund. If I hadn't remembered, they would've just kept my money. That feels like theft. And they showed zero understanding about the situation. No apologies, no nothing. Instead of resending the order, they just gave me my money back and said to order again. The agent didn't seem to understand what real customer service looks like or how to make sure people aren't left hanging. Won't be ordering again. This whole thing makes me question whether their products are really as great as they claim.
The coffee is honestly fantastic. Their French roast blend is absolutely delicious. Supplements are really impressive too and the pricing is fair. Just ordered some supplements and they got here within 48 hours even though I'm in the UK. A package went missing during lockdown last year and they immediately gave me my money back with no hassle. Their support team is absolutely outstanding.
