DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I ordered a small dog box and somehow got toys meant for large dogs. I tried contacting support about it and got absolutely nothing back. Don't give them your money.

Apparently once your subscription reaches the end they just automatically bill you for another 3 months without permission? That's ridiculous. I specifically chose the 3 month plan thinking it would stop there, not that they'd sneakily charge me another 100 bucks without asking.

I never got the freeze dried treats that should've been in my order. I tried reaching out through their online chat, submitted a form on their site, and even phoned their customer service line but couldn't connect with anyone. Nobody ever got back to me either. Great customer service makes a real difference and unfortunately I didn't experience any of that. On top of missing items, the toys that were included weren't very good quality either.

Our new puppy is obsessed with the toys from this box we got! The coolest part is how you can customize it based on your specific pup's needs and preferences. This is genuinely the best dog subscription box on the market! Each one comes packed with a nice range of treats and toys. My dogs absolutely demolished everything that was in there! The bully sticks were especially a hit! The box itself was also really well packaged!!

My pup and I were super impressed with this PupJoy box! We ordered the power chewers option with both toys and treats and it totally delivered! It had adorable little toys, plus 2 full bags of treats and 2 different chew options. I'd absolutely purchase from them again because they really nail it for busy dog owners whose pups go through toys quickly! Much appreciated, Pupjoy!!!

Both my puppy and I absolutely adore PupJoy! The rubber toys we receive are seriously built to last. I wouldn't be shocked if one of them survives forever haha. My pup is a serious chewer but he's stopped destroying my stuff because he's always occupied with these toys! All treats are all natural and sourced locally!
