When I contacted them about getting a replacement, they explained each piece is handcrafted and they can't sell individual parts. That seemed reasonable, so I just bought another one. Since I wasn't using the first horseshoe anymore, I decided to have it melted down and sold as gold. Imagine my shock when the jewelry shop tested it and said it wasn't gold at all. I pulled out my current septum rings from my second purchase and had them tested too. Same result, not gold. I immediately reached out to the company explaining I'd spent over $300 on what I thought was solid gold and felt completely scammed. Their response was unprofessional and dismissive, like a kid had written it. They even tried calling me when I clearly wanted everything in writing. When I mentioned contacting my bank about fraud, they just replied like a robot saying have a nice weekend. This company cannot be trusted. They're selling counterfeit gold jewelry.
Great experience with this honest business. The owner really cares about doing things right. Their jewelry selection is adorable and the customer service team goes above and beyond. Definitely worth supporting a small business like this one. Highly recommend!
Don't bother with their gold pieces. They're all undersized and just cheap junk. You'll be much better off shopping somewhere else.
I ordered a dark-colored 14g microdermal with 2-3 day shipping so I could conceal my piercing for work. What showed up? A medium-colored 16g microdermal that took 8 days to arrive. They refunded the shipping cost since it was their error, but the delay meant I was really stressed while waiting. I even sent customer service a detailed email explaining my situation, and they just sent me the tracking number with a smiley face like I wouldn't have known it was sitting in Florida for nearly a week. Once it finally got here and I told my job it was arriving, I realized it was the wrong color AND the wrong size. I placed one simple order and got wrong shipping, wrong color, and wrong gauge. Completely frustrating.
