Sorted by: Most recentI sent back a gift the day after the holidays using the return label they provided. The company received it back in early January, yet I still haven't gotten my refund. I've tried everything to contact them - sent multiple emails that keep getting bounced back as spam for reasons I don't understand, tried their chat feature with no response, and called several times. When I did get connected to their phone line, I was placed on hold for barely 30 seconds before getting disconnected right after they asked me to do a survey without ever speaking to an actual person. It feels like they're running some kind of fake customer service setup.
The staff here treated me poorly and operates with questionable business practices. They jack up prices almost daily, blaming it on gold market movements that simply don't justify the increases they're making. Gold does go up, but nowhere near as fast as what they're claiming. Their customer service communication is really lacking. I'm hoping to see their business suffer the consequences.
