Picked up two of their premium caps and took them traveling. They worked fine for about five months, then on the next trip neither one would hold a charge. Less than a year of ownership and both are dead. I've reached out repeatedly but haven't heard anything back. Even tried going through the retailer for a warranty replacement, but they're not getting responses either from the manufacturer. This is a product you should avoid.

Sent tons of emails because my bottle quit charging. Got zero responses back. Don't bother ordering from them unless you want a product that dies on you with no support.

Multiple Kickstarter supporters have reported being defrauded by this company after backing their campaign and receiving nothing. The original company dissolved to avoid accountability, but the same people popped back up operating elsewhere online. If you were a backer, you should look for them at their new location and demand your refund.

The person running this company doesn't deserve any respect from innovation backers. I was an early backer back in 2021 and I'm still waiting for my order to show up like so many others. They also hit me up multiple times asking for additional payments, which is straight up theft dressed up differently. Don't trust them or give them any money. I haven't received responses to my messages either. Everyone should blast their social channels and make sure others know what's going on here.

This company is a mess and nobody should work with them. I backed their crowdfunding campaign and then nothing. Shipping never happened even though they said it would. After sending countless emails, I eventually got a response and received a package six months late, but it was missing items. After that, getting them to respond about the missing stuff has been impossible. I spent good money on this and got frustration in return. I'm really upset because I still haven't gotten the rest of what I ordered.

These are con artists. They collected hundreds of thousands from regular people by promising a water bottle, then decided to just ignore everyone instead of sending the product or giving refunds. The people who made this happen for them got abandoned. Don't fall for this.

This company is ridiculous. How do they have such a high rating when basically everyone leaving reviews gives them 1 star? I'd go negative if I could. I contacted them through their site and they actually got back to me in a day, which gave me some hope. They swapped my order and charged me 20 bucks for shipping, promising priority delivery with a tracking update. Eight days pass and suddenly I get an email saying I owe an additional 25 dollars for shipping. Meanwhile I've been trying to get someone to answer my questions for months going back to the holidays. When I finally did get responses from their team, they were useless - just copy and paste stuff about looking into it. I reached out to their main site again and all they do is pass the buck to another team. This whole experience has been a nightmare. Both their official team and their other team are equally unhelpful. It's been four months of going in circles trying to either get what I paid for or my money back.

Lots of fellow backers have already said it all below. Really let down by how this went. The idea seemed solid and they kept sending updates, but then stopped talking to anyone after the end of last year. Trying to reach them on their various sites gets ignored. When I messaged both their pages today I got quick replies, but they just keep pointing me in circles. One site tells me to try the other, but when I do that there's radio silence while their main site where they're openly selling stuff gets instant responses. So we're the ones who helped get this off the ground and this is how we get treated. Time to contact my credit card company for help.
