Worst online shopping experience I've had. Placed an order that never went through, I got no items, but they're still holding onto my payment. Customer service kept bouncing me between different people, asking me the same questions over and over, and saying my case was being escalated but giving me zero details about what happens next or when. Looking back, I should have read more reviews before ordering because if I had known how they handle problems, I never would have shopped there. Really let down by such a recognizable brand. This whole thing has been a headache and waste of my time.
