Every single item I've bought there that was made in China has had something wrong with it. A gas can where fuel won't pour properly. A kerosene jug with a faulty lid seal. A spray pump missing replacement seals. An Ewbank vacuum that came broken and I can't get replacement parts. Since the store is far away, I just leave this junk lying around. Take this as fair warning: skip this place. Even worse than the defective products is their response to complaints. Living in a remote area, I thought I could depend on them. That turned out to be a huge mistake.

The only way they could improve would be to close down completely.

Can't rate it any lower unfortunately. Customer service had me waiting over an hour on hold. My internet order didn't get delivered and I was told by the driver it'd be returned. My account still shows no credit and the website info is wrong. Staff at the store refuses to help. Not coming back here ever. I'm not dropping this and will make sure I get my refund through whatever means necessary.

I'd rate it lower if possible. Customer service had me on hold for nearly sixty minutes. My online order never arrived and the driver said it would come back. Spray paint is selling for $9.50 when you can get the same thing for $5.99 down the street. Tools went up 25 percent this year alone. Feed costs 20 percent more than what local suppliers charge, despite having fancier packaging. Nuts and bolts used to be a solid deal by the pound, now they're marked up 30 percent. Nothing they sell is cheaper than what I can get from Walmart, Harbor Freight, or Amazon. When did they get so expensive?

Tools have jumped up 25 percent this year. Animal feed is pricey with fancy packaging but 20 percent more than local feed suppliers. Even bulk items like nuts and bolts are up 30 percent. I can find better deals on pretty much everything at Walmart, Harbor Freight, or Amazon. What happened to the value they used to offer?

Shopping at their local store is frustrating, and ordering online isn't much better. I placed an order on May 10th for a 1 inch pressure vacuum breaker along with some other items from different retailers. The WiFi booster I ordered from an overseas company arrived in just over a week, but my pressure breaker from this place took three weeks. That's pretty ridiculous timing. Fortunately I had a backup unit, so it didn't cause major problems.
