This company is terrible. Don't trust them with your money.

Far below zero stars. Have spent thousands there over the years. Once my 90 day window closed, they refused to exchange or refund anything. Paid around $1,000 for aluminum headers that didn't ship for half a year. Still waiting on my refund since I switched to a different engine setup. All the parts were brand new, never installed, just sitting in storage. They won't budge on returns or exchanges. Check out Summit instead because their policies are actually reasonable and their support is way better. These guys act like they're hot stuff just because they work there while the rest of their town is at box stores.

Placed an order and got absolutely zero communication back. Sent a couple emails to the shipping department requesting updates and got nothing in response. Nothing has shipped and I don't have tracking information. Heads up to other customers: they'll take your payment but won't deliver the goods.

Absolutely terrible. I'd rate them lower if I could. Ordered and paid nearly $1,600 for a component that was supposed to arrive over 2 months ago. Haven't gotten the part or my money back. Every time I call, staff has no clue what's happening and just promise to have accounting email me about the refund. Still waiting and still nothing.

Their prices are inflated and shipping costs end up being more than the actual parts you're buying.

Not ordering from these people anymore. Found this great new carburetor and ordered immediately. After a month of waiting, the only communication was an initial email saying it was on backorder with a ship date. I've called twice and got different dates both times. Zero outreach from them unless you're the one making the calls. Shop somewhere else.

Won't be ordering from them again. They advertised this awesome carburetor so I jumped on it right away. Then a whole month passed with basically no updates except one email saying it was out of stock and would ship on a certain date. Called them twice and got told different ship dates each time. The only way to get any info is if you call them yourself. Better off taking your business elsewhere.

Took over 3 weeks just to get my order, and when it arrived the contents were wrong. Had to pay $22 out of pocket to ship it back. Still haven't seen my $1,300. Hard to believe this business is still operating. I'd have been better off with anyone else. Skip them entirely.

Then 6 months later and literally around 50 plus email exchanges, I finally learned they never placed an order for it in the first place. The absolute worst customer service ever. I'm done with them permanently. The company has real management problems. My headers came in bent too. Didn't see it until after the return window closed. Go to Summit Racing instead and get your stuff in a couple days.

One star is being generous with these people. If I could rate lower I would. Their return policies are absolutely terrible. Got a slip joint eliminator for my Jeep and the double cardan joint showed up defective. They said they'd only take it back if I mailed the old part first. So now my vehicle is just sitting there while I deal with this mess. The part took 4 hours to install and another 4 hours to pull back out. Don't shop here. Even the actual manufacturer told me they'd accept the return without requiring the old part back.
