Got two sofa beds from Urban Outfitters and both of them fell apart within 3 months. The customer service was absolutely unhelpful and didn't want to do anything about it. I spent 1600 pounds on those sofas and another 275 getting one repaired. The other one doesn't even work properly so it just sits against the wall. These were a complete waste of money and I can't wait to get rid of them. I won't shop there again.

Placed an order for nearly $800 and only got 2 items after over a month went by. They claimed everything shipped but the tracking numbers didn't work. Haven't gotten a refund and keep telling me to wait longer. Can't in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.

I'm honestly shocked at how many other people have posted terrible experiences with Urban Outfitters customer service. Does this company even care about doing the right thing? Every time I contact them about missing items, I get the same robot response about my order leaving the warehouse complete and zero refund or replacement gets offered. They don't even look at the pictures I send showing damaged packages or items thrown over my fence with no signature required. This company should be getting called out on name and shame programs. They're stealing from people every single day. Their excuse is always to contact the delivery company or my credit card company, like they have zero responsibility. There should be some governing body holding them accountable for this behavior.

Ordered something earlier in the year and sent it back. Urban Outfitters never gave me my refund. Spent weeks going back and forth with their customer service team with zero resolution. They kept showing me documents saying I got refunded but the money never actually hit my account. Had to do a chargeback and now they're charging me a second time for an item I already returned. The company seems to be struggling financially which might explain why they treat customers this way. Everything about them is disappointing, from the poor quality products to their terrible service.

Stopped by the Cambridge location to do some shopping for Christmas gifts for my kids. Was pleasantly surprised to find several items on sale. It was late afternoon on a gray day but the team working was super positive and helpful, really made the experience enjoyable during that hectic holiday shopping season. Really grateful for their help.

Georgie from the customer service team is absolutely amazing! She was incredibly patient while helping me track down a lost order. They really should give that girl a raise because she deserves recognition for being such an awesome representative.

Haven't had any issues with them. Their style selection is great and I enjoy their inventory.
