I ordered sunglasses that never showed up and Sunglass Hut won't refund me. The package was lost during shipping and the carrier approved my claim and paid out, yet I'm still down $996 with no glasses. I've called customer service over eight times and gotten nowhere. This has been such a letdown.

Sunglass Hut refused to give me back my money for a package that never made it to me. My shipment got lost and I got an approved claim from the shipping company, but they still won't refund my $996. Nobody at their customer service team has helped me out even though I've reached out way more than eight times. Really frustrated with how they handled this whole situation.

Honestly wish I could rate this lower. Visited the store about a refund and got stuck with a gift card instead. My sunglasses were pristine, tags included, perfectly good to sell. They told me the only way to get actual cash back was if I'd purchased online instead of in the store. That policy is ridiculous. Every other retailer honors in-store returns with a receipt. Never shopping there again.

Would give negative stars if possible. I went in asking about returning glasses for my money back, but they could only give me store credit. The frames I wanted to return were brand new with tags still attached. Totally resellable condition. Apparently refunds only happen for web orders, not in-person buys. That doesn't make any sense. I've walked into plenty of other shops and gotten refunds for store purchases. Not going back here again.

Multiple requests to speak with a supervisor have been ignored. Stay away from ordering from this company. They're badly run and rude to customers.

Got some quality sunglasses from a Sunglass Hut location but the included cleaning cloth was missing from the box. They said they'd deliver it to another store location, so we traveled to get it. It wasn't there when we arrived. I can't believe how much time we wasted because of their mistake. Beyond disappointed.

We purchased designer sunglasses and the cleaning cloth wasn't included when it should have been. Customer service promised to deliver it to a nearby location for us to pick up, so we made the trip. Overall had a wonderful experience. The selection of premium sunglasses is fantastic. The team was friendly and really helped me find the right frames for my face. They also pointed out some ongoing promotions that got me a discount. Will definitely return when I'm ready for another pair. Would recommend to anyone.
