Don't buy from them if you're anywhere east of California. The shipping tracking is terrible and it consistently takes over two weeks to arrive. They mark it as processed on day one but then it sits forever in transit. It's ridiculous.

The fit is perfect, the fabric feels amazing, and it's so soft. Plus all the fun color and design options are incredible. Normally I'm not into subscriptions since I change my mind a lot, so yeah, ordering without their membership plan costs more, but the quality, fit, and overall fun factor makes it worth it for me to keep ordering.

When I finally heard back, they mentioned using a third-party shipping company that isn't legitimate. The rating is a one because they rely on independent contractors using their personal vehicles and phones to deliver packages, with no quality control. Some of these people apparently keep the packages instead of delivering them. For a company that claims to be professional, it makes no sense they'd use a bottom-tier delivery service with poor ratings. Can't recommend them and will never order again.

Can't figure out how to stop my monthly subscription. I've looked everywhere on their website and there's absolutely nothing about canceling or returning orders. The designs are funny and cute, but getting two bras every month isn't what I want.

Sometimes people also don't get their size right, and since the fabric stretches, improper fit can wear out the seams faster. Pausing and restarting my membership has always been seamless.

Ordered two identical T-back bralettes in the same size but different colors. One fit perfectly while the other was uncomfortably tight because the band measurements were off by an inch and a half. There are also visible seam problems. Won't be ordering from them again due to these quality control issues.
