Huda Beauty Coupons & Promo Codes

I've enjoyed my purchases from Huda Beauty, but I had a problem with my latest order. The setting spray came with a defective dispenser that didn't spray. I contacted the team back in early February, but I haven't heard anything back since. The lack of response from their customer service is really unacceptable.

I've bought several items from Huda Beauty and really enjoy using them. But my last order had a problem - the setting spray I got had a broken nozzle that wouldn't work. I reached out to their customer service in early February and still haven't received any response. Their customer support is really disappointing.

Honestly, the customer service is awful. I emailed them right away about my issue. It took them forever to answer, and then they mailed it to the wrong address even after I had to tell them the correct one twice.

The customer service here is really bad. I sent them an email about my problem right away. It took forever for them to respond, and then they sent everything to the wrong address even though I had to confirm the correct one twice.

Don't buy from their website! After placing an order, I requested a refund. They told me I'd get my money within two weeks, but it's been four weeks with no response to any of my messages. The customer service is honestly terrible. I'm left with nothing - no products, no refund. It's ridiculous behavior and I won't be ordering from them anymore.

Avoid ordering from this site at all costs! I placed an order and asked for my money back. Customer service promised a refund within 14 days, but after a month I still haven't gotten anything. My emails go completely ignored, which is really disappointing. I'm stuck without both my order and my payment. This is totally unacceptable. I won't be shopping here again.

I'm really let down by the customer service here. I've tried reaching out multiple times about a return problem, but they never get back to me. It feels like customers are just being forgotten, and once the return period closes, they tell you it's your problem. A company this big should know better than to treat people this way. The support team clearly isn't working, and paying customers deserve actual care and attention.

Their support is pretty terrible. I've sent three separate emails because I got shipped the wrong stuff. The delivery was actually pretty fast though - ordered Tuesday and received items by Friday, and I'm even in Australia. Problem is, I can't get anyone to help fix the issue and send me what's actually listed on the site. Haven't gotten any reply in a week. Does anybody actually monitor that email?

I've had to email their support and the provided address three times because my shipment had the wrong items. Shipping itself was actually decent - I ordered on Tuesday and everything showed up that Friday, all the way to Australia. The problem is getting someone to respond about sending the right products from their website. Nobody's gotten back to me yet and it's been almost seven days. It makes you wonder if anyone even checks the inbox.

The support team here is really bad. I've emailed them three separate times because I received the wrong items. The shipping part was pretty good actually - I ordered Tuesday and got it by Friday even though I'm in Australia. But I can't get anyone to help me get the right products that were shown on the website. Still no response after almost a week. I'm wondering if anybody even looks at these emails.

I've been really happy with their customer service team - they're quick to respond, friendly, and always willing to put in extra effort to keep customers satisfied. This is my favorite makeup brand hands down, and I'm telling everyone about them!
