I'd advise anyone thinking about shopping here to look elsewhere. I ordered two pairs of shoes that weren't the right size, so I tried to return them. While they do accept returns, you end up paying for shipping out of pocket. Since the shoes came in large boxes, shipping both pairs back ran me about $40. There are plenty of other options for buying shoes online, and honestly you're better off using them instead.

Shipping takes longer than expected, but the merchandise quality is solid and the pricing is really competitive.

Don't buy from this company. I purchased a couple of tracksuits for my grandsons, and one didn't fit. I paid to return it through their official process and it eventually came back to me without any explanation. I went through the whole return process again and submitted proof that it arrived at their facility, but I still haven't gotten my refund. I feel lucky I didn't have to return the entire order or I would have been out hundreds of dollars. Stay away from them. They're dishonest.

The shoes here are passable, but their customer support is basically nonexistent. Good luck trying to talk to an actual person if something goes wrong. Plus you have to pay to return anything, which now comes out to about $20 for shoes. They could negotiate better rates with shipping companies than customers can, but they choose not to. Clearly you're not important enough to them. Just stay away and save yourself the headache. Update: They responded by telling me to read their return policy and saying they're a deals site. Well, it wasn't much of a deal for me to spend $20 on returns. I'm never going back. Hope your business does okay.
