It looks like their whole approach is to fill the internet with store-only deals to get people in the door, knowing they've got almost nothing on the shelves. And that's just the beginning of it. They used to let you search their stores online to check what was actually available before you wasted a trip. But wait, removing that feature would blow the whistle on their out-of-stock scam, so of course they took it down! Real companies that run sales typically give you online ordering or rain checks to be fair to customers. Harbor Freight does the complete opposite, and it's clearly no accident. A company pulling this kind of intentional bait and switch doesn't deserve a single star. I was an inside track club member for years before I figured this out.

The products they advertise are always missing from shelves, and management always has an excuse ready. These folks are clearly overwhelmed and not doing their job. They spend money fixing up the store but can't seem to keep anything stocked. The help you get is terrible. Shopping here is a frustrating experience and honestly not worth your time.

Really disappointed with what's happened here. I got a band saw from them years back and loved it. But within the last year, they switched to a different brand and quit carrying the exact blades my saw needs. Either they're trying to force me into buying a whole new saw, or they just don't care about keeping their long-time customers happy.

Watch out with Inside Track Club renewals because you'll forfeit the time you already paid for. Let's say your membership runs through March 30th and you renew on March 5th, you just lose almost a month. Instead of adding your new year to the end of your current expiration date, they set the new date for March 5th of next year. The workaround is to not renew early. Wait until your current membership expires first, then purchase a new year.
