Premiertablelinens Savings Hacks
Premier Table Linens often runs clearance events on seasonal linens. Check RetailCoupons.com regularly to combine a seasonal discount with an active promo code, if applicable.
Purchasing multiple napkins, runners, or tablecloths at once for a dinner party or event can justify the shipping cost and may qualify for larger discounts when a bulk or order-value code is available.
Retailers in the linen category frequently email subscribers about flash sales and exclusive codes. Provide your email to Premier Table Linens to receive early notice of promotions not yet listed elsewhere.
Read customer reviews on the Premier Table Linens site for feedback on durability and care; this helps you choose linens that will last and justify the investment, especially during non-sale periods.
Premiertablelinens Shipping Policy
Most home and dining retailers offer standard ground shipping, though costs and delivery windows vary. Check Premier Table Linens' shipping policy at checkout for your location and the weight of your order. Many stores in this category waive shipping at a certain order total, so review the terms before finalizing your purchase.
Premiertablelinens Returns & Refund Policy
Linen retailers typically allow returns within a set window if items are unused and in original condition, since these are fabric goods. Review Premier Table Linens' return policy on its website to confirm the return window, whether return shipping is free or charged, and whether opened or laundered items are eligible for refund.

Premiertablelinens Reviews
Premier Table Linens earns strong praise from shoppers, particularly for custom tablecloth solutions and exceptional customer service. Reviewers consistently highlight the company's ability to create fitted tablecloths in custom sizes and colors, fast turnaround times (including same-day delivery in urgent situations), and helpful staff members like Nelson, Albert, and Tony who guide customers through the ordering process. The quality of the linens themselves, especially poly tablecloths, receives repeated compliments for durability and ease of care.
The primary criticism centers on a small segment of dissatisfied customers (14 percent one-star reviews), though specific complaint details are limited in available feedback. Most shoppers report smooth experiences from ordering through delivery and indicate they plan to return for future purchases.
I've placed multiple orders from this company over the years. My dining situation is tricky because I have two tables with odd dimensions, and this is honestly the only place I've found that can make tablecloths that fit right in the sizes and colors I want. Their poly tablecloths work great for my lifestyle. I just treat any spots, toss them in the wash and dryer, and fold them up. They don't need ironing at all. I also grabbed a vinyl cover to keep my table safe from sticky hands and drink rings. Plus their delivery is lightning fast. I'm confident recommending this store if you need custom sized tablecloths.
I picked Premier Table Linens after checking out a bunch of other reviews, which is something I always do. My granddaughter is thirteen and makes jewelry to sell at craft fairs, and she needed fitted tablecloths for her setup. I wasn't sure how to upload or handle the photos, but I had a clear picture of what I wanted. Nelson made the whole process possible by being really patient and knowing his stuff. He stuck with me and didn't give up until we finished designing the tablecloth, and then I placed my order. When the items arrived, there was a typo printed on them, which was totally my mistake for not catching it in the proof. I called right away and Albert and Lilian picked up. They told me not to worry, they'd take care of it. They rushed a replacement through even though the error was on my end. They followed up to make sure everything worked out perfectly. That kind of personal attention is rare these days. I'll definitely come back every time. Thanks so much to everyone involved, it was wonderful working with your team.
The team was flexible and adjusted things as we figured out what we needed for a major corporate event. They were patient, helpful, and didn't rush us through any decisions.
Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. The table linens themselves are top notch quality. Definitely planning to shop with them again.
Got word just two days before a trade show in Atlantic City that a vendor spot had opened up for us. We reached out to Premier requesting a custom tablecloth with our company logo, and they delivered it same-day to our hotel. Albert went above and beyond to make this work. He got us the proof right away and kept communication going throughout the entire process. The finished product is really impressive quality.
Really happy with the tablecloth and napkins I got in the Kenya pattern. Tony was super nice when I called to talk about ordering more items. Definitely would recommend him.
Met Mia and Anthony at a wedding industry conference last year and started buying all our linens from Premier after that. Every single order has had outstanding quality and customer service, plus they turn things around fast. We've gotten both their Spun Poly and Panama Linen options.
Really satisfied with their linen rental program. Renting is straightforward and the table linens arrive brand new and ready to use. The staff answered every call and email quickly. They were also willing to accommodate some late changes we needed to make to our order.
Had an ongoing problem with my order and got charged wrong. Tried working things out with Mia, but she was really disrespectful and wouldn't budge to find a solution with me. While there might've been some confusion from both sides, she was dismissive and wouldn't give me my money back for the order I declined. This whole thing started when I first placed the order and still hasn't been fixed as of late October.
Really disappointed with my experience. The customer service was awful, and the custom tablecloth I ordered didn't live up to expectations. I used it one time for a family meal and it showed stains right away, despite being advertised as stain resistant. Not ordering from them anymore.
Great experience from start to finish. As someone who plans things last minute, I've never had any letdowns here. My niece needed table and chair linens for her Quinceañera with only two days notice, and different sized chairs to fit. Anthony helped me find everything. The shop had great inventory and ordering was really easy. Prices were fair, same day shipping got everything to me super fast, and every piece fit perfectly. The sash really brought the whole room together and made it feel special.
Ordered two tablecloths for our trade show booth. Both arrived in the right colors with exactly what we asked for, fitted with a center opening. We weren't happy with one color choice, but that was our fault for not getting a sample first. No issues there. I requested a color sample, and once it arrived I placed another order for the color we liked with the same fitted slit and a matching runner. The tablecloth showed up with the slit in the wrong spot. Since custom cuts cost extra, I used the online chat to figure out what to do. A guy named Tony called me back, but instead of helping, he basically questioned why I wanted to correct what I'd ordered since it should've been the same thing. He wasn't happy about having his team fix their error and got pretty heated on the phone. It shut down the conversation before I could even bring up the runner, which came with a permanent deep crease. I needed advice on how to get that crease out without ruining it, but there was no chance to have that talk. Honestly it's disappointing when the actual products are good.
Hands down the top table linen manufacturer out there and they let regular customers buy at wholesale pricing. I've been thrilled with everything I've purchased from them.
We've been ordering tablecloths from this company for over a year now and couldn't be happier. The linens are produced in the US, built to last, and the customer service has been fantastic. It's family operated, but they manage huge orders and still treat customers with respect.
