Won't be buying anything from this company again. The customer service department is pretty much pointless. They told me straight up they can't help and there's nobody else I can contact. Stuck with a broken blender that I can't use or send back and they refuse to help with anything. Warranty doesn't mean squat if they won't stand behind it. Zero out of ten.

This used to be a quality name but not anymore. Grabbed two items in the last half year. The power washer died without warning, just stopped working. Also bought a drill bit set and one of the bits snapped while I was using it in a hole. Not exaggerating at all. The quality is garbage and prices are way too high. Skip this brand.

The workmate itself is fantastic. I actually own three of them. Assembly is where things fall apart though. Parts aren't labeled well and can fit together multiple ways. The worst part is getting those cylinder pieces that hold the handles in the right spot. I'd suggest making parts more clearly marked so you know exactly where each one goes. Better yet, why not just charge five bucks more and ship it already put together? At ninety dollars, they could easily offer an assembled option or a cheaper DIY version.

The handheld vacuum has a major design flaw: you can't replace the battery. Sure it works at first, but batteries wear out with regular charging. Building products that can't be fixed and have to be tossed away when batteries die just so customers buy a whole new machine is terrible for the environment. We're supposed to be reducing waste, not contributing to it.
