This company is deceiving customers through fraudulent warranty practices. When you honestly try to use your warranty, they reject your claim and make excuses instead of honoring it. They don't tell you about all their fine print policies when you buy the full set from them, but those policies suddenly appear when you need warranty coverage for a defective mattress.
