I'm really happy with my experience at Mattress Firm. I'm sleeping great now that I have my new Sealy mattress. I didn't realize box springs came in different heights, but the staff swapped mine out to a lower height that feels much better. The delivery team was fantastic too. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Blazin Banks and his wife handled my delivery and they were excellent. They let me know they were on their way and arrived exactly when they said they would. These two really knew what they were doing. They were friendly, professional, set up my new mattress perfectly, and took away my old one along with all the packaging. I was really impressed. The response time is so slow that you'll lose any option to dispute the charge. Avoid them completely.

This company is deceiving customers through fraudulent warranty practices. When you honestly try to use your warranty, they reject your claim and make excuses instead of honoring it. They don't tell you about all their fine print policies when you buy the full set from them, but those policies suddenly appear when you need warranty coverage for a defective mattress. Meanwhile, other people are apparently scamming the system by sending in different mattresses to get new ones. So while some customers are committing fraud, the company is also committing fraud against hardworking people who are suffering from defective mattresses they paid over three thousand dollars for, expecting it to last a decade. It's really unfair.

Both my mattresses arrived for delivery on 9/22 at 3pm from the warehouse location. The queen size was perfect, but my king size mattress came with a tear along the bottom edge. There was clearly no quality control inspection done before shipping. I tried reaching out to customer service through chat but they refused to assist. They rejected my claim in less than an hour saying the sag is normal wear and tear, but I can see a 2.5 inch depression. Don't waste your money here. Go literally anywhere else for a mattress.
