Skip this retailer entirely. My package never left the warehouse and trying to get help from their support team was pointless. They kept saying the warehouse handles everything and they couldn't do anything about canceling. If they can't actually solve problems, why even have customer support? Don't waste your cash.

This was the absolute worst purchase I've ever made! I strongly advise against ordering from this retailer. The shipping takes forever and their customer support is atrocious. Your items probably won't show up at all, and if they somehow do arrive, they're counterfeit shoes anyway.

I've been loyal to New Balance since the seventies but I'm really disappointed with this latest purchase. Got a pair of DynaSoft Nitrel v4 in my size and they're way too snug in both the toe area and arch. Beyond that, the construction is shocking. New Balance used to stitch everything carefully, but these have printed graphics instead of proper stitching. It looks more like a knockoff than a real shoe. And on top of everything else, I have to pay to return them. I'll just sell them at a loss and call it done. I won't buy another pair without trying them in person first. Really sad what's happened to the brand.

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I bought shoes in the fall as a holiday gift, but when my daughter tried them on, they didn't fit. After that, I've been sending emails with zero responses. Then randomly an e-gift card shows up in my inbox. The staff member I spoke to on the phone and their email policy both said I'd get a refund back to my original card. That never happened. When I called back, they said there's nothing they can do about the gift card and won't process a regular refund. Total letdown and absolutely dishonest. I never would've shipped those shoes back if I'd known I couldn't get my money back.

Wish I could rate them zero stars. I also wish I'd looked at reviews before placing my order. They sent me the wrong shoe in the wrong size. They refuse to correct their mistake and send the right item. Now I'm stuck having to go out and return it through a shipping center. Then I have to wait about ten days for my money back, if it even comes. This is nothing but a scam with terrible service. I won't buy from them again. Stay far away.

Couldn't modify anything. Couldn't cancel either. My only choice was to get the order and then send it back on my dime since they don't pay for returns. My advice is go somewhere else because they won't lift a finger to help.
