Picked up two pairs of their top tier Ringer golf shoes on sale. The first pair held up perfectly through an entire season no issues whatsoever. The second pair completely fell apart after just twelve rounds. The sole split in four different spots and the cleat housing actually popped out. I tried reaching out to customer service but they were basically useless. They wouldn't replace or repair anything, just offered me twenty percent off full priced items as if that makes up for selling me defective shoes. This is unacceptable. Golf shoes should last way longer than twelve rounds. I'm done with this brand and won't purchase from them again.

Grabbed a pair of pants and they're fantastic. The fit is right on and the feel is perfect.

The customer service here is truly abysmal, and their returns system feels stuck in the past. I purchased some golf shoes that don't fit right, which normally should be an easy return. Not here though. You have to email and request a returns label, and I've been waiting two weeks with zero response even after following up multiple times. I'm stuck with shoes that don't work and no way to get my money back. This is totally unacceptable. I'm done shopping with Travis Mathew.

Ordered a pair of golf shoes and waited ten days with no delivery. I called customer service and they promised they'd arrive by that weekend. Sixteen days go by and I get an email saying the order got cancelled because the shoes were out of stock. I was absolutely livid. This was completely unacceptable.

Bought two pairs of casual shoes and a premium pair of Ringer golf shoes. The casual shoes are pretty mediocre to be honest. The premium shoes aren't that comfortable for the price you pay, and the laces ripped after just one month. When I asked if they could send replacement laces, their customer service basically said no. If you want actual customer support, stick with the major brands. I'm never buying from them again.

Picked up a pair of their Legend Golf shoes and the whole experience was excellent. Shipping was quick and free, and the ordering process was smooth from start to finish. The shoes fit perfectly, look fantastic, and feel just as high quality as advertised. First time buying from them and I'm already planning my next order.

This might be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I picked up some clothes and shoes without realizing it was a Callaway brand. Now I'm trying to return something and I've called more than twenty times just to get transferred around the system, kept on hold indefinitely, and a couple times when I actually reached someone, they hung up as soon as I explained what I needed. The stuff I bought is actually really good, especially the shoes, but I won't shop there again because getting help is impossible. Since the customer service is so bad, I'm going with a different brand for golf clubs next time.

I own about a dozen of their polo shirts because I really like the style. The problem is the material quality is terrible across the board. My car seat belt has shredded a line across every single one of them. I don't have this problem with any other brand I wear. This is really disappointing.

Ordered from their UK site. The delivery was lightning fast and I'm really happy with what arrived. The product quality is excellent and the fabric is really impressive. Everything fits perfectly too.

Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I bought a lightweight jacket that started fading badly after just three or four months and only a couple of washes. When I contacted them, they promised a replacement and asked for shipping info, which I gave them. The replacement never showed up. When I followed up, they backed out of the replacement offer and instead offered me 15% off a future purchase as a goodwill gesture. That discount is never getting used. The clothing fits great and looks nice, but I won't be buying from them again.

Got a pair of the Moneymaker shoes and they showed up right on schedule. I was able to wear them immediately out to play a round and they're super comfortable with great looks. The one thing that bothered me was navigating the website itself. It could use some improvements to help people find products easier. Also, categories that are completely out of stock should probably be hidden so you're not wasting time looking through empty sections.

Their website is a nightmare. I tried to reset my password twice and twice they never sent me the email. It's ridiculous. Plus half of what they sell is constantly out of stock anyway. Not coming back to shop here.
