I'm done ordering from this website! It took nearly four weeks to get my kids' school clothes delivered!!!!

Issue 1: The uniforms took forever to actually get shipped out, even though I ordered them well before school began, so my kid was already two weeks into the semester before receiving them. Issue 2: I paid $39 to have the school logo embroidered on the shirts, but they sent me blank shirts without any embroidery at all. Issue 3: Waiting to speak with someone at customer service took over 30 minutes on hold, and their online chat had over 280 people ahead of me. Just find another company and spare yourself the frustration.

The clothes themselves are really good quality, but the customer service is absolutely awful. Getting ahold of anyone is nearly impossible because you get funneled into chat support and I was always customer number 289 in line. They can't keep up with demand, so you need to order at least two or three months ahead of the school year or your kids won't have uniforms ready on time. I keep trying to check on my order status but it's been over a month and I always get sent to the chat queue where nobody ever gets back to me.

This place is the worst! I've been charged but have no clue where my order is. They won't respond to my emails. The phone line doesn't even work. Their online chat has me waiting at position 487. This is ridiculous!

I would rate this company zero stars if I could. Absolutely would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is horrific and honestly makes you question whether they even have real employees running this place.

The website is way too complicated and confusing. On my first purchase, I made a mistake on my order so I called immediately to fix it before they processed it. They refused, saying I had to wait for everything to arrive, then mail it all back, then reorder and pay again. Also, the site wouldn't let me have it delivered to my home, forcing me to use a UPS store instead. When I showed up to pick it up, they hit me with a ten dollar storage fee. I'm so frustrated with this website that I'm going to tell the school administration how terrible it is and warn other families to stay away.

Sizing issues: I carefully ordered multiple items based on the provided measurements, but nothing fit correctly. All the pants were oversized and all the shirts were too snug. The measurement charts don't match up across different items, which is really frustrating when you take the time to match everything perfectly. Build quality: I got three jumpers in size 6, but one was over an inch and a half shorter than the other two. Ordering and support problems: Getting help online is impossible because nobody knows how to actually resolve issues. They said shipping was free over $99, but I got charged anyway. I'm also listed as tax exempt but they charged me sales tax regardless. Dealing with this company means spending 30 to 60 minutes waiting on hold just to place an order correctly.

I had the same issue as many others. I placed an order on 12/4, it shipped on 12/12, and tracking showed delivery on 12/19, but it never actually arrived. I reached out several times but got no real help from customer service, just empty promises that someone would look into it. I asked to speak to a manager who informed me the package was marked undeliverable and they couldn't send a replacement or issue a refund until it came back to their warehouse. He even admitted the package might be lost forever! He told me he'd call back after contacting the carrier, but naturally that call never came. I eventually disputed the charge with my credit card company since I'm certain this company will never follow up with me about the refund or replacement. I will never use them again.

Our school directed us to this company, so we placed an order. Within ten minutes I was already 100% certain we'd never buy from them again. We joined their email list hoping to get a coupon code, but it didn't work. Apparently they had disabled all promotional codes to run a buy 2 get 1 free promotion instead. During checkout, the shipping cost had a line through it showing $0.00, making it look like free shipping. The order confirmation didn't list any shipping charge and clearly said free shipping, but when we paid, they charged us over $10. I called customer service to ask about the issue and they told me they wouldn't apply the 20% off code we received because of their other sale promotion and our order didn't qualify for free shipping. They didn't care that they had sent us a 20% discount and promised free shipping just minutes before. Do not buy from this website. You'll regret it.

They advertise discounts but don't apply them! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give them zero stars if the system allowed it! Also, if you've had problems with them, report it to the Better Business Bureau so they can look into what this company is doing!

UPDATE: 3/2025 While I was out of state taking care of my mother who battled cancer, I was asked to send back a used shirt they had shipped, but only after I provided photos since they questioned my claims. I gathered extensive documentation and submitted everything. However, after several months of back and forth that wasted my time, they sent me a replacement and it was the exact same problem, a previously worn discolored shirt with a collar that curls up instead of laying flat. They then told me not to return the original shirt even though I had packed it and was waiting for the return label they promised to send. The second used item took months to arrive, leaving my teenager with just one shirt for the entire school week, and it wasn't even new. Schools absolutely should find another vendor. The customer service is dreadful and the quality of these uniforms is unacceptable. This company deserves the lowest possible rating. 8-17-24 I initially received a shirt that was clearly worn and faded, with visible stains that looked like food and bleach marks. I requested either a brand new replacement or my money back. It's unfair to charge for a worn-out old shirt.

Our daughter's clothes didn't fit right so we had to return them. We paid shipping to get them to our house and then shipping back to the company. Our refund was only half of what we originally spent because they took out restocking fees and other charges. We're done with them.

I bought something and immediately wanted to cancel it, but the website wouldn't let me. They charged me to ship it back, and because they don't have a proper cancellation policy, I also had to pay for return shipping. This is my last time shopping with them.

I placed an order online for six pairs of shorts and they never arrived. When I checked the tracking information, UPS couldn't locate the shipment. I contacted the company right away since my child needed them before school started that week. Their response was that UPS attempted delivery but couldn't find my address, which makes no sense since UPS comes to my house regularly. French Toast insisted I place a new order and pay for it again, promising a refund only after UPS returned the original package to them. They refused to either give me my money back immediately or send replacement items without another payment. They couldn't even give me any idea of when the refund might show up. Looking through other complaints online, I realize I should have bought from someone else. I won't be ordering from French Toast in the future. The only positive thing I can say is that the shorts themselves are pretty decent when you catch them on sale.

The quality is terrible, and their return process is nonexistent. When you mention you want to return something, even though returns are supposedly listed in your order documents, their customer service team just ignores your emails. Don't be fooled by their polished website. Just don't buy from them!
