Issue 2: I paid $39 to have the school logo embroidered on the shirts, but they sent me blank shirts without any embroidery at all. Issue 3: Waiting to speak with someone at customer service took over 30 minutes on hold, and their online chat had over 280 people ahead of me. Just find another company and spare yourself the frustration.
The clothes themselves are really good quality, but the customer service is absolutely awful. Getting ahold of anyone is nearly impossible because you get funneled into chat support and I was always customer number 289 in line. They can't keep up with demand, so you need to order at least two or three months ahead of the school year or your kids won't have uniforms ready on time. I keep trying to check on my order status but it's been over a month and I always get sent to the chat queue where nobody ever gets back to me.
This place is the worst! I've been charged but have no clue where my order is. They won't respond to my emails. The phone line doesn't even work. Their online chat has me waiting at position 487. This is ridiculous!

They didn't care that they had sent us a 20% discount and promised free shipping just minutes before. Do not buy from this website. You'll regret it.
