No response from customer service and these bras caused serious health issues. I bought two luxury bras and they were incredibly uncomfortable and caused physical harm. As a medical professional, I couldn't function properly at work or stay in any position for extended periods. Both bras had to be removed and cut off on different days while I was at my office due to the pain. The constant rubbing and pinching created severe skin irritation that required dermatology treatment. After months of back-and-forth emails about getting a refund, I still haven't received one. The damage to my skin may be permanent. This company markets itself as being pro-women but treats customers with zero regard. I paid good money for products that caused me harm and deserve a full refund plus compensation for my medical care.

My order never showed up and the tracking stopped updating for weeks. I had to reach out several times just to get them to finally issue a refund. The package apparently never even got to USPS after being handed off to Amazon Logistics. The items were unavailable to reorder and their excuse was basically that I ordered during peak season and losses happen, like it's my fault for ordering at the wrong time. They didn't apologize, didn't take any responsibility, and didn't even offer a small discount to make things right. Really poor way to handle a failed delivery.

I've bought from them several times with mixed results. The first three orders went okay even though shipping took forever, and the bras were comfy though pricey. Then I placed an order in early July and by late July it still hadn't arrived. When I checked tracking all it said was there was a delay with no details. I emailed customer service and they said it wasn't past their 10 business day window yet, which isn't accurate since it definitely was. Their phone line doesn't work either. I sent another email asking them to cancel and refund me but I'm still waiting for them to respond.

Really disappointed with my recent experience. Used to enjoy shopping with them but my last purchase showed as delivered and never actually showed up at my door. I've tried reaching out through email multiple times hoping to get help, but nobody has gotten back to me.

Really unsatisfied with how this company handles their products and customers. I bought their Cloud Cotton Triangle Bralette and had a terrible experience wearing it since the band kept bunching up and rolling toward my chest. When I contacted support, they suggested sizing up, so I did. Unfortunately the rolling issue happened again with the bigger size. A wider base band would probably solve this problem, but it seems like they don't care enough to fix it. I won't be ordering from Harper Wilde again because they clearly don't prioritize making customers comfortable or producing quality items.

Left a thoughtful review about one of their products that was honest and constructive. I wasn't being mean or harsh, didn't curse, and shared legit feedback to help other customers make informed decisions. My review got taken down from their site. It's frustrating because reviews are supposed to help people, but when a company only shows the ones that make them look perfect, it raises red flags about how much they actually care about their customers. Not shopping there anymore and I'm telling others about this too.

I absolutely love Harper Wilde and everything about this brand. Turns out I'd been wearing completely wrong sizes my whole life until I tried their bras. Now I finally have a bra that actually fits me right. I ordered the gift box set which came with four different styles, and every single one is amazing. The bralette material is so silky and soft I can't stop touching it. The sports bra gives incredible support and stays put. Their everyday bra is perfect for work and looks fantastic under clothes. I'm thrilled with every purchase and definitely planning to buy more styles soon.
