They took 45 minutes to show up which was plenty of time for them to cool down to regular room temperature. They advertise warm cookies but that's just false advertising. Not falling for it anymore.

My credit card company thankfully reversed them for me. But Insomnia Cookies' customer service was worthless - they said both the call center and corporate office needed my order numbers from the receipts before they could help. That makes zero sense since unauthorized charges means I never got receipts in the first place. Their best idea was for me to cancel my card entirely, which would mess up all my automatic payments. Neither the operator nor the supervisor had any real answers. After this experience I'm worried about their security practices. I'd strongly recommend avoiding any Insomnia Cookies location and using a different payment method if you do go, since their fraud protection and customer support are both lacking.
