This outfit has some sketchy practices going on. I placed an order and got nothing but silence for a week. When I followed up about where my stuff was, I got back a response that rubbed me the wrong way. That's when I started reading other customers' experiences and decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Something doesn't add up with this brand and I've lost any confidence in them.

I entered my email just to verify my shipping address during checkout and never finished the purchase. Somehow they still added me to their mailing list. Unbelievable.

But logging into my account showed the same item at $125, and I had to hunt down and manually enter the discount code myself. They technically offer the discount, but only if you notice the price difference and apply it yourself. Otherwise you're paying more without realizing it. I reported this to the FTC since this kind of pricing game is deceptive. Make sure you check incognito mode and compare before purchasing. Returning customers shouldn't be getting hit with higher prices.

My experiences with Brooklinen have consistently been positive and I'm a big fan of their linen sheets. I grabbed a set for my original queen, then got more for my king upgrade, and even picked up some as presents. Definitely worth the recommendation, their support team is fantastic.

Don't share your personal info with this company. Even their chat feature asks for your email. They aren't accredited with the Better Business Bureau and carry a poor rating. There's basically no good way to reach them since the chat system requires email info too. Choose to shop somewhere that actually operates with solid business standards and accountability.

These aren't luxury sheets despite what they claim. My first set developed rips so I used their exchange option while I was in the window. The replacement set also ripped before hitting the one year mark. But here's the thing, exchanges only work from your original purchase date. So they understand their sheets fail and probably count on most buyers only getting one exchange before that window closes. For what I spent, having two sets completely fail within 2.5 years combined is unacceptable. Won't purchase from them again and I'd tell anyone else not to either.

Called them up and the reps were overseas and tough to understand. They refunded the $9.99 but refused to adjust the price, claiming the alternate color was a higher tier. I brought up all my previous chat interactions but they said there was nothing they could do about it.

Really satisfied with their year-long return window. It's great that they don't mind if you wash sheets repeatedly before returning them. Any returned items that have been washed go straight to charity without hassle. That $10 or so return fee is actually reasonable when you think about getting to properly test out their sheets first. We bought their percale and lux sateen versions and kept the sateen. We also grabbed their down duvet which was comfortable, but we chose to return it for an alternative. Their return policy honestly impressed me and I'll definitely be back for more purchases.

When I downsized to a queen, I picked up West Elm organic 400 thread count sateen sheets and those are incredibly soft.
