I have a major concern about how the company handles payment information. I wasn't able to update my credit card details myself and instead had to read it out loud to an agent on a recorded call. This seems like a significant security risk for fraud. I know that employees can sometimes misuse customer information, and while the company may be following legal requirements, they're still putting clients in a vulnerable position by recording card details. I spoke with supervisors about this issue and they basically said this is how they operate and other customers have complained about it too, but neither had any answers on how to fix it before someone's information gets compromised. This is a real safety concern that needs to be addressed by upper management.

I've been with the company for over a decade now. Usually service is okay, maybe a 45 minute wait but often faster. This time though, my car has been waiting for a tow for four days straight. Every single call they act shocked and put me on hold to find a driver, then say the driver will call back soon. After four days of this runaround, I finally told them enough is enough and demanded to speak directly with dispatch instead of being transferred around. Once I got the right person, she was nice and clearly upset that everyone else had dropped the ball. Management really needs to get it together on the operations side. It shouldn't be this complicated to arrange a tow.

When someone finally arrived, they showed up without one and rudely refused to help, claiming weather made it unsafe, then just left without doing anything. I called back and asked if this would count as a service visit but was told to call the next day. I've been a loyal member since the start of the millennium. I won't be renewing and I definitely won't be recommending anyone I know. Very disappointed with how this was handled.
