Steer clear of this company. Getting someone on the phone to fix technical problems is nearly impossible. I've been stuck on hold for 20 to 30 minutes repeatedly. During a required system upgrade, their technician made a mistake and hooked my equipment up to the wrong location. After spending hours and hours trying to get it fixed, they finally sent someone out but then charged me hundreds to fix their own mess.
