I ordered a part online that supposedly would ship in 3 to 5 days. A week passed with nothing arriving. When I checked the status, it showed as pending. Customer support told me it was out of stock and couldn't tell me when it would be back or suggest anything else. But here's the kicker, I checked online and it's still listed for sale. When I pointed that out to the agent, they said it wasn't showing in their system and offered me a $10 coupon to use on their ancient website so I could probably have another bad experience. A whole week of my time wasted on something urgent. Really disappointed with how this was handled.

Stay away from this chain. The parts they sell are low quality and end up costing you hundreds at the mechanic when they fail or damage other components. When I called headquarters to discuss the issue, I got transferred to someone who clearly had no idea what they were talking about and just kept repeating that scripted apology about having a bad experience. You're basically on your own with this company.

Visited the location on 29th and Robinson in Oklahoma City looking for a specific socket. Since they didn't have it, I bought a set thinking one might work. I opened it in the parking lot to test fit, and it didn't work out. When I came back to return the set, the employee got really hostile with me and started arguing about what counts as used, even though he had literally just helped me test it minutes before. I understand he was probably having a rough day after dealing with a difficult customer, but that's no excuse to treat people like that. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire company. I won't be returning.

I really want to give major props to this employee. He was knowledgeable about batteries, answered every question I had, and took time to explain battery testing, warranty information, and made sure I got my military discount applied. I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a battery. They've got a solid selection, helpful staff, and fair pricing. If you're in that area, ask for him by name because he's a real asset to the company.

Installation was super quick, only took 15 to 20 minutes per side, and now the truck sits higher, feels tighter in the back, and can handle an extra 1,500 pounds.
