Their return policy makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I bought heels and wore them for just 20 minutes to test the fit, even though they were the correct size. My feet swelled up and I got blisters because of the shoe's steep pitch and 2.5 inch heel height, which is basically just bad design. The shoes don't work for me anymore. When I explained this to customer service, they said I couldn't return them because I'd already worn them.
