I've had a slide gate opener that's been working flawlessly for years. Recently I installed the wifi controller they offer through Remootio and it works amazingly well. For the price and the level of service, you can't beat them. They answered all my questions and even walked me through some troubleshooting for the controller. I'm definitely planning to buy another opener kit for my back property once that gate is finished. Really appreciate the help.

Would give zero stars if I could. This gate has been nothing but trouble since day one, and here we are two years later still dealing with issues. My first shipment came incomplete. Then they sent the wrong parts as replacements. It took roughly twenty back-and-forths between emails and phone calls just to finally get everything correct. Now components have started failing and we're past the warranty window. The replacement parts aren't cheap either, especially items like the gate arm and control wand. Customer service has been awful. I mistakenly ordered an extra part along with a replacement wand that ended up breaking anyway, since the original order was missing that piece. Despite being a long-time customer who spent thousands of dollars, they refused to refund that extra item. Disappointing doesn't even begin to cover it.

After filling up the hot tub and getting it to the right temperature, the heating element stopped working. It turns out this is a frequent issue with their products. I wouldn't suggest their tub to anyone.

Bought an inflatable hot tub meant for indoor use only about 3 months annually. Outside those months it stays packed away indoors in a climate controlled space. After just 1 year the heating element quit completely. They immediately said I was out of warranty but graciously let me buy a replacement pump and heater assembly for 175 dollars off the normal five hundred seventy five dollar price. They had basically no support resources or instructions, just emailed me a YouTube link to a totally different product. After I figured it out myself and replaced the unit, the new pump started leaking internally everywhere. Now they're acting like it's not their problem since we're past warranty. I got maybe 3 months of actual use from a tub that was treated extremely carefully. This company doesn't listen to anything customers tell them, they won't stand behind their products, and the overall customer experience has been one of the worst I've ever had.

We purchased gate openers and a gate from them online. Loved everything until it got cold, down to around 20 degrees. The openers stopped working. We got stuck in our driveway until it warmed back up. Customer service was difficult. We went back and forth with emails, pictures, and videos for two months trying to figure out the issue. The manual claims they operate down to minus 4 degrees, but they clearly don't. Their support was pretty unhelpful and they don't really stand behind what they sell. When I mentioned the problem, they said they don't even have engineers on staff. How do you manufacture these products without engineers? Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them. The openers freeze up when it gets cold. Steer clear of this company.

Back in March 2021 I bought what was advertised as a four person inflatable hot tub as a present. It didn't get set up until the summer of 2022. This past month I found multiple air leaks in the tub and tried patching them with no success. Sabina from customer support gave me the only fixes she had available, but none of them actually worked. She mentioned the warranty had expired so there was nothing else they could offer. I'm really upset about this. I was hoping with proper care and maintenance I could get at least a couple years of use before upgrading to something more permanent. Instead I only got a few months before the tub became unusable, and I'm still paying for something I have to throw away. The photos clearly show it deflating within sixty minutes of being fully inflated.

Returning items to this company is a nightmare. I got the wrong product, returned it weeks ago with everything packed properly and had my order and tracking numbers clearly marked on the box. Now they're saying I need to submit another tracking number. I'm seeing tons of negative feedback about this company and now I understand why. This doesn't seem like an honest business. Purchased a heavy driveway gate from Aleko on 06/14 for 2492 dollars, shipped via ABF Freight. According to their website, the delivery would be at the end of the driveway. But ABF only drops off at the street curb, which would block the street and our house access, creating a safety issue. Both ABF and Aleko wanted an extra 175 dollars to put it in a better location closer to the house. This felt like either a scam or straight extortion. I told Aleko on 07/02 in writing that this breaks the deal and I want my full money back. I filed a chargeback with my credit card. On 07/09 they said they'd charge unspecified storage and shipping fees. I made it clear again that I wanted everything refunded. Then on 08/02 they revealed these mystery charges would be 814 dollars, which is absolutely extortion. I've written other reviews about this, and I will be taking legal action with the Attorney General and beyond if they don't take responsibility for their error, refund me completely, and stop threatening and extorting customers. Their positive Google reviews look suspicious and fake. They keep asking to have BBB complaints removed.
