I have tried to cancel a "subscription" order multiple times but you keep sending the prescription and charging my credit card. There was even a period of many months between the first time that the subscription was cancelled and the time that you started sending the prescription on a monthly basis again. Please cancel this!

We have been trying to get this order…

We have been trying to get this order shipped since November.. I called about it earlier this month and was assured it would be shipped. Now it is the 15th, nothing has arrived and the lady today said there was a balance of .17 cents due on my account. REALLY?? Payments are automatically deducted so if there is an amount due, that is your problem not mine.. THen I was told today the .17 cents was taken care of and the shipment would be sent out in 2 business days.. Not acceptable. Now, I am waiting on a Supervisor or Manager to talk to. The same person came back on the phone and said the order would be shipped within 24 hours?? That is fine but I asked to talk to a Supervisor.. Still holding.. Same person came back, still no Supervisor, still holding.Supervisor Kersiha told me she will call me when the order is shipped overnight. I should receive it by Wednesday, 12/15/25. We'll see..

1 star - only because they allowed cancellation

My cat required urgent antibiotic treatment for an actively infected paw wound. Our veterinarian submitted the prescription Thursday, and given the severity, I called customer service Friday morning to ensure prompt processing. They assured me they would escalate the order.When I followed up Friday afternoon due to continued silence, I learned the pharmacist had simply left for the day without attaching the prescription to the order. No one would address it until Monday, which is unacceptable for an urgent medical situation.This pharmacy's failure to process a time-sensitive prescription during business hours put my pet's health at risk. Had I not called to check on the status, my cat would have gone an entire weekend without necessary antibiotics.I was forced to source the medication elsewhere. The only positive aspect of this experience was that they permitted me to cancel after their mistake.If your pet needs emergency medications, do not rely on this pharmacy. The lack of basic urgency and communication for a medical prescription is inexcusable.

Need a better plan

I was having a hard time refilling my dogs med; two other places were back ordered except for Allivet. They wouldn't take a phone script or one sent via email; but only a 'live' script which I think is ridiculous. Took five (5) days to get it from my dog's allergist, then another five (5) for you to receive it. THEN I received an email from you stating it was 'out of stock' ... REALLY? It was in stock when I placed the original order. I probably would have received it if I didn't have to go through all this. My dog was off his medication for almost four (4) weeks and developed a severe double ear infection. I just wish companies would understand that animals cannot speak and tell us when they are hurting or in pain. You have no idea how horrible I felt for him. Please, please come up with a better plan for animals who desperately need their medication than making them wait weeks like this. We are fortunate enough we can communicate and tell someone when we are hurt and/or sick ... they cannot.

Classic experience in ineptitude. Don't bother with them.

I received an email that the vet had approved the prescription after I had to call to find out what the delay was. The scrip was supposed to be mailed. But it wasn't. Days later, you said vet still hadn't approved it. Vet staff said they had. Back and forth. Then website froze and n one answered phones. I finally went to PetMeds.com and the scrip is on it's way.

Avoid Allivet

We set up our dog’s prescription on auto ship, $235 every 90 days. First they missed a shipment and then they changed it to a weekly delivery (at $235 a week) which would never be authorized by our vet. I’m not sure if this is a typical scam or an error on their part but either way I’m out almost $1000 and no apology or explanation.Edited to add: After receiving the response from Allivet I contacted them. They “apologized for the inconvenience.”
