Ever since ownership changed hands, the quality and variety have really gone downhill. Used to be so many different styles of jeans and sweatpants available that I'd happily buy something monthly. My last purchase of two pairs was such a hassle - had to send them back twice because the size or inseam was wrong both times. Customer service couldn't care less so I just asked for my money back. Thankfully there are other good options out there for tall women now.
I've been shopping here since 1996 when they first opened. At 6 foot 1, Alloy was genuinely a lifesaver back then for us tall ladies. Something changed though and not for the better. Shipping problems, sizing problems, material quality issues. There are other places I can get tall clothing now so I'm done shopping here and closing my account.
Incredibly frustrated with this order! Placed it during their year-end sale on December 29th and here we are in February 8th with nothing to show for it. Got through to someone 2 weeks back who mentioned they were switching warehouse locations and that orders got put on hold, but mine should've shipped way before that happened. Still no explanation on their end. As someone who's quite tall, I really needed those dress pants and shirt for my job. Would've cancelled everything by now if the situation weren't so frustrating. Both the quality and fit have been consistently excellent for me. The one thing I can't speak to is their return process since I've never had to use it. Delivery to my place in Ohio typically arrives within 4 to 5 business days, which is great.

Instead of calling the number I provided, they just let it sit there. Got frustrated seeing the status stuck on "to be picked" so I emailed support. That's when things got worse. Three different reps started emailing me and they were completely disconnected from each other. One mentioned my card got declined and when I asked them to just refund my original order, the email chain dragged on forever. They seemed unable to understand what I was asking for. Eventually I had to spell it out in the simplest terms possible and then got quoted a refund that was way smaller than expected. Turns out they charged me to return their subpar merchandise. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating.
