Absolutely Terrible Experience from Start to Finish I've always been loyal to this brand until now. I bought their Tech Air Five Plasma airbag and it turned out to be broken. It deployed on its own while I was just taking my jacket off. I hadn't even had it a month and only used it five times. I contacted them on June 2nd. When I followed up on June 16th asking for an update, they claimed they sent me a message on June 10th, but they never did. Now they won't respond to my emails at all. It's been two weeks and I've given them everything they asked for, but no solution. I also called Cycle Gear where I bought it, but they said they can't help because the airbag went off and Alpinestar has to handle it. When you call their customer service number it goes straight to a voicemail box. I left two messages and nobody called back. Now I'm stuck with a $900 broken airbag that already fired off.

They Modified My Order Without Permission They changed what I ordered completely without ever asking me first. This created a huge mess having to send stuff back, dealing with refund issues, and waiting longer for what I actually wanted. Service was just terrible.
