I'm really let down by the customer service I got. As someone who's bought from Armani before, I expected better from a brand with their reputation. I ordered on December 1st and got it by December 4th. When I tried it on after getting back from a trip, it was too big for me. I called to start a return and spoke with a customer service rep. Unfortunately, they were unhelpful. They kept saying the item was final sale, but when I bought it there was no sign of that policy and my receipt doesn't mention it anywhere. The rep wouldn't budge or help find a solution, just kept saying the same thing in a cold, impersonal way. This response was dismissive and felt really unprofessional.

The gloves have labels sewn on that dig into your wrist. If you cut off the small attachment strings, the whole wrist cuff falls apart. I showed them the hole that appeared after barely two hours of wearing them, and they told me it was my fault. Their unhelpful response, especially after they asked me to send multiple photos first, was really tactless and left a bad impression.

The online shopping experience at Armani's website is terrible. It feels like it's stuck in the late 1990s when it comes to how they handle customer interactions.

I spent 245 euros on the Armani site purchasing two items. When I requested an invoice, they told me I could download it from their site. However, what I got was just a purchase receipt, not a real invoice. It had no invoice number. I reached out to customer support asking for a proper invoice and they refused, saying they could only give me an incomplete version without the required legal details like an invoice number. This violates EU regulations and French commercial law requirements.

I used to work for Armani and had a bad experience with the manager. He wasn't professional and acted poorly when I visited to see a coworker and drop off food or drinks for her. He said I was a distraction and threatened to call security on me. Don't shop at either the Armani or Armani Exchange locations because the general manager isn't respectful to customers or visitors. You'll get treated badly.

The perfume I bought from them seems fake or broken because it smells strange and has a weird alcohol scent. I bought the same perfume from another retailer and it's way better - smells nicer, lasts longer, and has better projection.

I ordered a 6.7oz bottle of Acqua Di Gio from a third-party seller this week. What happened to this product? It's terrible! It smells like cheap dollar store hand soap with nothing citrusy or fresh about it at all. I only buy a bottle once a year or so, and I remember loving this fragrance from years back. I figured it was maybe for younger crowds, so I passed initially. But I decided to get a big bottle this time and wow, was I wrong. The product is completely different now and it's absolutely awful. Don't tell me otherwise because what I have is straight garbage. It's not even wearable. The bottle has matching codes and a barcode that look real, so it seems genuine, but this is genuine junk. You should be embarrassed putting this out. My memories of a great fragrance are ruined and I'm stuck with 6.7 ounces of waste.

Please stay away from Armani's clothing line. I spent $1700 on a suit jacket and they sent it to The Perfect Tailor for alterations, which was a huge mistake. The tailor did terrible work - my pants ended up way too short and the jacket shoulders don't sit right. The whole thing fits poorly. I really regret this purchase and strongly advise against buying their garments.

If they allowed negative ratings, I'd give them minus 5 stars. I bought something online and they advertised free shipping for orders over $75. I spent way more than that. Right after ordering, I called to cancel. They said not to worry, they'd refund the shipping once it shipped. Spoiler alert: they didn't. I emailed them multiple times and got told it would take 7 to 10 days. After 10 days, nothing. Then I got another email saying they just got my return request and need another 7 to 10 days. This company is pulling a scam by taking money they shouldn't. I'm done with them forever and I'm making sure everyone on social media knows what a dishonest operation this is. Fair warning to everyone.

The EA7 line doesn't live up to what you'd expect from Armani. The craftsmanship is pretty poor. Labels are just glued on and fall off easily. The tennis shorts are cheaply made and the pockets don't even hold tennis balls properly - they stick out of the shorts.

I just grabbed a few things from Armani including a cap, watch, sunglasses, and a belt that happened to be from their women's line but looks great on anyone and the price was fair. The shipping was super fast and everything arrived in perfect condition with that high-quality feel you expect from Armani. They're my go-to designer brand.

The service was fantastic and the staff made shopping such a pleasure. The luxury designs and helpful approach made the whole experience excellent.
