I'd give them zero stars if I could. Their warranty is basically a joke and feels like a complete scam. I needed a replacement ring and ended up paying almost twice what I originally spent, but their warranty clearly states you should only pay for any extra stones or add-ons, not the ring itself. When I called asking why I was charged so much, all they could tell me was some vague deductible excuse. I emailed and they said there's no tracking information for my replacement, no invoice I can see, no order confirmation, nothing except the charge showing up in my account. This is a straight up scam and it makes me furious.

The service at this company is terrible right now. My nephew ordered his ring four months ago and still hasn't received it. They've given us four different dates when it would arrive and four different reasons for why it's delayed.
